Indo-Chinese Fried Rice | Veg Fried Rice

Another one of my favorite recipe to enjoy with some gobhi manchurian or chilli chicken. This simple recipe can be made with many variations. Add some chicken or egg for added protein or simply enjoy a veggie version.

  • In a wok, heat oil and add ginger-garlic. Mix well.
  • Now add the mix veggies and saute for about a minute or two. cut these as small as possible so they cook quickly.
  • Now add the salt, sugar and pepper powder. Mix well.
  • Add soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce(optional). Mix well.
  • Now add the cooked rice and mix well. Do a quick taste check to adjust salt/pepper.
  • Serve hot with your favorite indo-chinese dish. Mine is chilli chicken :).
