Crispy Corn Chaat | Corn Kernels Appetizer

An all time favorite snack! These crispy sweet corn kernels are absolutely mouthwatering and are very easy to make! Try it out!

  • For Saute Mix

    For Crispy Corn
  • In a saucepan, bring water to boil and add some salt and corn kernels.
  • Bring it to boil and let it boil for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain the water and cool down the boiled corn kernels.
  • In a bowl, mix rice flour, corn flour and all purpose flour together. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Now add the boiled kernels and coat it completely.
  • The kernels should look like the above picture.
  • Deep fry the kernels for about 5-7 minutes or until they are crispy and keep aside.
  • For Saute Mix
  • In a small pan, add 1 tsp of oil and add onion, bell peppers, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Mix well and cook for about a minute.
  • In a bowl, add the saute mix and fresh cilantro on top of the fried corn.
  • Mix well and serve hot!
