0/8 Instructions
    Wonton Cups
  • In a non stick baking tray, set the wonton wrappers and spray or cost them with cooking oil lightly.
  • Preheat the oven at 350F and bake the wrappers for about 8-10 mins. I left mine in a bit longer so the tips over browned. Keep an eye on these. Once baked, keep them aside.
  • For Prawns
  • In a small bowl, add prawns, garlic, lime juice, salt, chilli sauce, chilli flakes and parsley. Mix well.
  • In a pan, heat oil and cook prawns for 2 mins on each side. Keep it aside.
  • For Guacamole
  • In a small bowl, add garlic, onion, tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro, salt, pepper and lime juice. Mix well.
  • Now add the mashed ripe avocado and mix well.
  • Adjust salt/lime juice and keep it aside.
  • Assembling the dish
  • Take the wonton cups, add 1 scoop of the freshly made guacamole and top it with the spicy prawns! Enjoy and let me know how it turns out!
