This easy to make chicken korma recipes is enjoyed by all my friends. This creamy korma is made of greek yoghurt and onions. You can make a healthier version of this by skipping the cashews and heavy cream.

- Marination: In a bowl, add chicken, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt, chicken masala and greek yoghurt. Let it marinate for 15 mins. I sometimes leave it overnight and notice no difference.
- In a pan, add oil, chopped onion, chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste, cashews and saute for about a minute. Cool it and make a paste. (TIP: You can skip this step and add finely crushed cashew instead. If skipping then remember to add the whole spices first).
- In the same pan, add few drops of oil, whole spices and onion paste. Cook until it starts to leave oil on the sides. Now add the dry spices - salt, garam masala, little bit of chicken masala and coriander powder along with the marinated chicken (yes with the yoghurt). Cover and cook for about 15 mins. Check periodically to make sure chicken is cooked all the way.
