Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, add the chicken, ginger-garlic paste, a pinch of salt, soy sauce, vinegar, all purpose flour, corn starch, kashmiri red chilli powder, brown sugar and egg white. Mix thoroughly and keep it aside for 15 mins. Deep Frying

- Add the ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt. In a small bowl, take 2 tablespoon of water and 1 tsp of cornstarch. Mix it well and add to the sauté.

- I used Chings sauces and Heinz ketchup
- I used dark meat/chicken thighs
- I also added some black pepper for additional heat
