Juicy Chilli Lime Shrimp | Easy 10 minute Appetizer

  • First, clean the shrimp and make a slit in the back of the shrimp.
  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients -garlic, lemon zest, salt, 1/2 tsp olive oil, crushed pepper, lemon juice, chilli sauce and parsley/cilantro. Mix thoroughly.
  • In a flat pan, add the remaining olive oil, place the shrimps about an inch apart and cook on each side for about 2 minutes.
  • Now garnish with some fresh herbs and serve it with some cucumber salsa or sweet chilli sauce!
