Instructions

Prepare the Spinach
- Using a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
-
- Transfer the boiled spinach into a blender and make a smooth paste. Sauté
- In the same pan, add some oil, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and tomato.
- Sauté for 3-5 minutes or until the tomato softens.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and any other curry masala you would like. Remember, spinach does not need a lot of salt so you may also choose to add salt at the end.
- Add the diced paneer and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes while covered. Bringing it All Together
- Once the paneer is cooked, you can add the Spinach puree and let it boil for about 3-4 more minutes.

Notes
- You can add curry masala or paneer masala if you have it handy
- This recipe does not require a lot of dried spices
- I recommend adding salt in the end as spinach does not need a lot of salt
