Strawberry Tart Recipe | No Bake Fruit Tart

This simple and quick tart recipe is a hit for potlucks, suppers and are suitable for literally any occasion. The creaminess of the cream cheese filling mixed with the crunchiness of fresh strawberries… nom! This is a simple, light dessert for all ages. Give this a try!

  • Crush the graham crackers into a sand like texture. I used my mini food processor. Add 2 tbsp sugar to this mix.
  • Now add the melted butter into the graham cracker mix and form a soft dough like mix.
  • Place the mix on a tart tray and gently press it in evenly.
  • Once it is pressed in, bake it at 350F for 8-10 mins or until it is golden brown. Remove and cool completely before assembling it.
  • In a bowl, add 6 tbsp of sugar, vanilla essence and heavy cream. whisk o=for about 5 mins or until it is nice and fluffy.
  • Now gradually mix the cream cheese and continue whisking until smooth ribbons start to form. Taste to adjust the sweetness.
  • Once the tart crust has cooled completely, you can spread the cream filling evenly.
  • Now top it up with sliced berries. I used strawberries but you can also use blueberries, raspberries or any fresh fruit of your liking.
  • For Glaze
  • Mix the water and jam together and microwave for about 10-15 seconds. Glaze is ready.
  • Once you have added the fresh fruit to your tart, glaze it gently and refrigerate for about 40 mins before serving.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
